Domaine Christophe Patrice
Rooted in Beine for generations, Christophe Patrice has been working in the family vineyards since 1996. In 2006, he founded his own 5-hectare estate, and in 2011, expanded by taking over Domaine Daniel Roblot. Today, the estate covers 22 hectares with vines averaging 45 years of age, spread across Beine, Courgis, and Chablis.
Their range includes Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru (Beauregards, Montmains, and Beauroy).
Committed to sustainable viticulture, Christophe Patrice plants at a lower density (5,800 vines/ha), favor single Guyot pruning for better quality, and apply treatments only when necessary, with reasoned fertilization according to each plot.

Soils and Farming practice
Exclusively made from Chardonnay on limestone soils rich in fossils, their wines express the purity and minerality of Chablis:
Petit Chablis: fruity and fresh, ideal young as an aperitif.
Chablis: crisp, dry, and vibrant, perfect with fish or white meats, aging 3–5 years.
Premier Cru Montmains: mineral, fresh, excellent aging potential.
Premier Cru Beauroy: south-facing, warm and generous character.
Premier Cru Beauregards: lively, with honeyed pear notes, ages 5–7 years.
About Chablis
The Chablis soil is composed of limestone and marl soils with Exogyra virgula, a tiny oyster found fossilized under the vines of Chablis vines.
