Domaine de Rabichattes is drived by Vincent and Fabrice Grebet, 12th Generations); Vincent takes care of the vineyard whereas fabrice takes care of the wine making and sales/marketing.
The 23 hectars estate is organic certified since 2022 wheres is herbicide free since 2011.
They produces 3 appelations and grows 4 grapes, Pouilly Fumé (Sauvignon Blanc), Pouilly sur Loire (Chasselas) and Côte de la Charité (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay).

How I started with Domaine des Rabichattes
I met with Fabrice Grebet thru Gilles Lesimple. They were in School together when they were kids. Fabrice also knew Pascal Joulin from Domaine Michel Vattan.
I did not know anything about Côte de la Charité when we met the first time. I fell in love with these wines, both white and red. Geographically and stylistically, they are between the Loire and Burgundy. These wines took the best of both regions.
